Back to markets →Quick answers for the public beta. Use Support when an account-specific issue needs a wallet-authenticated record.
Open a market or match page, choose an outcome, select Buy or Sell, and review the live quote before signing. Buy uses cash; Sell uses the shares you already hold. A quote is an estimate until the venue accepts the order.
Portfolio shows wallet-authenticated balances, open positions, and supported activity. Refresh after a confirmed action if the venue or network needs time to update. A missing value means the source is unavailable, not that a balance is zero.
Trading may require wallet sign-in, the Polygon network, a linked trading account, one-time permissions, geographic eligibility, available cash or shares, and enough order-book liquidity. The ticket and setup panels should identify the next required step.
Deposit and withdrawal flows show the supported route, asset, destination, fees, minimums, and status before you sign. Check every address and network. A submitted transfer can remain pending while the bridge or chain confirms it.
Market rules and the resolution process determine the outcome. If an open position becomes redeemable, use the redemption action shown in the portfolio when available and verify the resulting on-chain status.
Connect and authenticate the wallet tied to the issue, then open Support. Never include a private key, seed phrase, recovery phrase, signature, password, API credential, or attachment. Support replies appear in the same wallet-scoped inbox.
Capture the market or transaction reference, the visible error, and what you expected to happen. Do not send secrets. If the support inbox is temporarily unavailable, the page will say so and will not pretend the request was saved.
